Finish Line Painting Services is a smaller business than most other paint companies. This means you will receive prompt service and full attention from the start of a job through its completion. Regardless of its size, Finish Line offers full service painting for both commercial and residential properties. We use several techniques that ensure your property will look as new as possible, and we take extreme pride in the finished product. Our prices are less than the larger companies and you can expect to have your project scheduled sooner. We only use the highest quality paints and we don’t cut corners in our prep work. Finish Line Painting Quality Checklist:
- Drop cloths for furniture, concrete and foliage
- Masking of windows, hardware and light fixtures
- Pressure washing services with a minimum of 2000 lbs. psi for exterior work
- Remove dust, dirt, oil, grease and other matter from surfaces before painting
- Repair minor cracks and nicks with suitable patching materials
- Remove peeling paint
- Remove rust from ferrous metal
- Prime scratched and abraded areas with appropriate primer
- Minor clean up of floors and surfaces each day
- Remove surplus materials and debris from site at completion of job
- Remove paint splatters
- Dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with local, state and federal laws
- Blinds/curtains on windows removed and reinstalled
- Plug and switch plates removed and reinstalled
- Hardware removed and reinstalled as needed
- Surface sanding where appropriate
- Re-nail loose siding where appropriate
- Caulking where necessary
